Frequently asked questions
The questions they ask us before starting
These are the ones we hear on calls: who will follow the project, how much time it takes, what you need to do, why it should go better than with your last agency. If yours isn't here, bring it to the Feasibility Study.
About us
What is B2Bridge?
We are the external sales department for B2B companies that sell high-value products and services. We identify the right companies, contact them in your name, handle the replies and put meetings with decision makers in your calendar. Then we stay by your side until signing.
We do not do lead generation, meaning we do not hand you a list of names to call back. We do what we call Opportunity Generation: we bring you real conversations with companies that have a reason to listen to you.
Are you a marketing agency?
No. We don't work on visibility, followers or traffic. Our work is measured in qualified sales meetings and open deals. We like to think of ourselves as an amplifier: if your company has something valuable to offer, we make sure the right companies discover it, faster.
Do you work for everyone?
No, and we say so openly. If we took everyone, we would end up serving no one well. We work with companies that:
- sell to other companies (B2B), with a significant average sale value;
- have a structure able to follow up the meetings that come in;
- have clear commercial goals;
- present themselves well online, because whoever receives our message looks at the website and LinkedIn before replying;
- are looking for a partner to build with, not a supplier to simply delegate to.
For the same reason we start only a few new projects each month.
Which industries do you work with?
Many different ones, from manufacturing to energy, from business services to technology. We do particularly well with companies that have a concrete product or service that is easy to explain to a decision-maker.
My market is small and niche: does it still work?
It depends on the numbers, and we look at them before we start. We count the companies that match your criteria, so you know the real size of your market and we don't promise you results your market cannot deliver. If the numbers are not enough, we tell you before we begin. For markets that number in the dozens of companies we have a dedicated service, Account Based Marketing, which works company by company.
Do you replace our in-house salesperson?
No, we work together. We find the companies, open the conversation and book the meeting; your team runs it and takes the deal forward. On top of that, and this is what sets us apart, we support your team on the sales process, which we build from scratch or improve, to turn meetings into deals and into conversations far more advanced than a simple introductory meeting.
How we work
How do you contact potential customers?
The main channel is email, written by hand for a specific audience and sent to a few companies at a time, not thousands. Where it makes sense, we also work on LinkedIn, from the profiles of people in your company, at deliberately slow rhythms and without the automation that makes everything look like spam.
The idea is to make outbound as similar to inbound as possible: whoever replies should feel they have found something they were looking for, not that they were chased.
Do You Write on Our Behalf?
Yes. The messages go out in your company’s name and we handle the replies, in your tone and according to the rules we define together. For whoever receives the email, they are talking to you. No text goes out without your approval.
Do you use our company's domain?
No. We set up dedicated infrastructure, so the reputation of your main domain stays safe and your everyday emails keep arriving as normal.
What does the service include?
- studying your market and building the database of companies to contact;
- the technical infrastructure to write without landing in spam;
- writing the messages and testing to see which works best;
- handling every reply, every day;
- meetings booked directly in your calendar;
- periodic reports and alignment calls;
- support on your sales process, to turn more meetings into contracts.
Everything runs through a shared workspace, where you find the database, pipeline and campaign performance.
Who will be working on our project?
A dedicated team. You have a project manager who follows you from the start, a person who handles replies every day and books the meetings, and technical specialists who work behind the scenes. You don't talk to a switchboard: you always know who is working on your project.
Do people still read emails?
Yes, when they speak to the person receiving them. That is why we write directly to the decision-maker, with a message written for a precise audience, and send a few emails at a time from an infrastructure set up to land in the inbox rather than in spam. During the campaigns we compare several versions of the message and keep the one that works best.
Won't they look like they were written by artificial intelligence?
Our job is to make every message authentic and personalised, even when it is part of a sequence. Each text starts from an analysis of the market, the website and the social channels of the person receiving it, built on a writing base that you approve: you stay in control and can ask for changes before anything is sent. On LinkedIn we work with the same care from the profiles of people in your company, in complete safety, to bring you new prospects.
Is there a risk of damaging my company's name?
We keep it low with targeted, precise work across several levels and from several communication angles. Emails go out from a dedicated infrastructure, to protect the reputation of the domain you use every day. On LinkedIn we follow all of the platform's rules. Anyone who asks not to be contacted again is removed from the lists.
Before you start
How do we get started?
In two steps.
- Feasibility Study. A call to understand your market, your needs and your goals. It helps us see whether we can genuinely help you, and helps you see how we work. We tell you frankly whether the conditions are right to start, whether something needs fixing first, or whether it's better to rethink the project together.
- Project presentation. If the conditions are right, we present a project built around your market: channels, goals, timing and investment, so you can start straight away. The first database we build stays with you, whatever happens.
How much does it cost?
We don't have one price list for everyone, because every project is different: market, objectives and channels change. We define the investment together at the project presentation, after the Feasibility Study, when we have enough information to propose something sensible.
A useful reference: it costs less than hiring one more salesperson and less than attending a trade fair, and it works every day.
Do you get paid per meeting?
No. Whoever is paid per piece has an interest in bringing you many meetings, not good meetings. We care that you close contracts, and we prefer to bring you ten conversations with target companies rather than a hundred with companies that will never buy.
Are there guarantees?
Yes. There are tailored objectives, defined on the basis of your project, and everything that will be carried out is set out point by point in the contract.
Do you also guarantee closed contracts?
No, and we are wary of anyone who does. We bring the opportunity and support you in the deal, but closing also depends on your product, your price and how you run the sale. That is why we also work on your sales process: the more meetings become clients, the better it is for both of us.
During the project
How long does it take to see the first results?
The first month is for preparation: strategy, database, infrastructure and copy. In this phase meetings don't arrive, and that's normal. From the second month the tests start: we write several versions of the message, work out which one works and increase volumes on that one. That's when the first meetings arrive.
Every market has its own timing. Some receive the first positive replies within the first weeks and some need a month and a half. And in B2B, an opportunity born in the second month often becomes a contract a few months later.
How long does the collaboration last?
We always start with a short first phase, designed around your project's goals and the results that can be achieved. At the end we review the results together and you decide how to continue. Many of our partners have worked with us for over a year and have renewed several times.
Is there an automatic renewal?
No, there is no automatic renewal: whenever both sides want to, we continue the collaboration one step at a time, with no pressure whatsoever.
What do we have to do?
Less than you think, but something yes:
- take part in the kick-off call and give us the information on ideal clients, products and materials;
- approve the texts before they go out;
- keep your calendar availability up to date;
- reply quickly when we ask for clarification about a contact;
- show up to the meetings and lead the negotiation.
We also ask you not to run other campaigns in parallel on the same market, so as not to confuse those who receive the messages.
How do we stay updated?
You have a direct channel with the team for day-to-day matters, a weekly report on replies and meetings, and an alignment call every two weeks to review results and strategy. From the shared workspace you can see at any moment how the campaigns are going.
How do the meetings arrive?
When a company replies with interest, we handle it: we answer their questions, propose times and book the call directly in your calendar, on the slots you have given us. You receive the meeting with the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared.
How do you know that whoever accepts the meeting is really interested?
We can tell from the conversation. Our Inbox Manager answers the contact's questions and proposes the meeting when the interest is concrete and the company is one of those you have chosen. Along with the meeting you receive the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared.
Why us
What makes you different from other agencies?
One team does all the work that is usually split across several suppliers. In practice:
- We study your market before writing to anyone: we count the companies that match your criteria and who makes the decisions inside them.
- We build the database to measure, company by company, instead of using ready-made lists.
- We contact decision makers on three channels, email, LinkedIn and phone, with messages written for your industry, in your name and in your tone.
- Our Inbox Manager handles every reply, every day, and books the meeting directly in your calendar.
- We stay with you until signature and work with you on the sales process, to turn more meetings into contracts.
- We also take care of marketing, communication, branding and positioning, so your name arrives before the first email.
- Every data point is tracked and shared with you in a centralised space that is yours alone, with a report every week and an alignment call every two weeks.
- Every project is built around your company, your goals and the way you sell.
- We choose our clients: if we don't believe we can deliver results, we tell you before we start.
- The method comes from over 76 B2B companies followed across 33 different industries.
The result is a Predictable Agenda: you know in advance how many meetings you will have and with whom.
We already have our own databases and tools: what do you add?
We add the work that turns a list into meetings. We study your market and who makes the decisions in the target companies, write the messages, handle every reply, every day, and book the meeting in your calendar. On top of that, we optimise your sales process, your communication and your marketing, with the goal of raising your closing rates and shortening deal times.
We've already tried other agencies and it didn't work. Why would it be different?
It's a question we hear often, and the first thing we ask is what you didn't like. Almost always the problem was fragmented work: someone built the list, someone else wrote the emails, and nobody took care of the meetings. Or a lot was sent to everyone, in the hope that something would come back. In the Feasibility Study we look together at what happened and honestly tell you whether we can do better.
Can we see concrete results?
Yes. On our YouTube channel you'll find video interviews with our partners, telling in their own words how it went. In the Feasibility Study we show you the cases closest to your industry.
Have a question that isn't listed?
Bring it to the Feasibility Study. That's where we work out whether we can help, and we tell you frankly even when the answer is no.
