Investment

The real cost is not acting

An empty agenda costs more than any service: it is the clients who sign with someone else today. We don't have one price list for everyone, because every project is built to measure: we define the investment together, after the Feasibility Study.

B2Bridge Method, how to have a Predictable Agenda

Not a supplier: your department

We study your market, look for target opportunities and work as your sales, marketing and communication department. The goal is one: to grow your company every day, with real opportunities and a sales process that improves month after month.

  • Market study

    We count the companies that match your criteria and who decides inside them, before writing to anyone.

  • Target opportunities

    We find and contact the right companies on your behalf, with messages written for your industry.

  • Sales department

    We read every reply and take it all the way to a meeting in your calendar, with someone who has the power to decide.

  • Marketing and communication

    Content, video and presence that put your name in front of them before the first email.

  • Branding and positioning

    We help you be recognised as the go-to name in your industry, not just another supplier.

  • Sales process

    We guide you to improve how you sell, to shorten closing times and not lose deals along the way.

  • Every data point tracked

    Replies, meetings, deals: every piece of information is recorded and shared with you, month by month.

  • Predictability

    You know in advance how many meetings you will have and with whom: you don't run your company blind. This is what we call a Predictable Agenda.

Every project is customised. You will feel this is yours.

No one-size-fits-all packages. Your project comes out of the Feasibility Study on your market and is built for your company, your goals and the way you sell: something extremely specific, designed only for you.

Comparisons

Everyone promises meetings. The difference shows in the column.

A comparison between ways of working, not between individual companies: it is what usually happens, and any case may be an exception.

When the other ways make sense

  • An in-house salesperson makes sense when your market and process are already proven and you need someone full time on your product.
  • Trade fairs are for meeting in person those who are already ready to buy and for getting seen by your industry.
  • A meeting-setting agency can be enough if you only need to fill your agenda for a short period, and you handle the rest.

How we work together

  1. What's included

    • research into your market and building the database of companies to contact;
    • the technical infrastructure to send emails without ending up in spam;
    • writing the messages and testing to find out which works best;
    • handling every reply, every day, on your behalf and in your tone of voice;
    • meetings booked directly in your calendar;
    • a weekly report and an alignment call every two weeks;
    • support on your sales process, to turn more meetings into contracts.
  2. Who does what

    Replies are always handled by our Inbox Manager, on your behalf. They answer questions, propose times and book the meeting directly in your calendar, in the slots you have given us. You receive the meeting with the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared. Then we support you through the sales process, all the way to signature.

  3. How the investment is defined

    Market, objectives and channels change, and the investment changes with them. We define it together at the project presentation, when we have enough information to propose something sensible. A useful reference: it costs less than hiring one more salesperson and less than attending a trade fair, and it works every day.

Questions about the investment

How much does it cost?

We don't have one price list for everyone, because every project is different: market, objectives and channels change. We define the investment together at the project presentation, after the Feasibility Study, when we have enough information to propose something sensible.

A useful reference: it costs less than hiring one more salesperson and less than attending a trade fair, and it works every day.

Do you get paid per meeting?

No. Whoever is paid per piece has an interest in bringing you many meetings, not good meetings. We care that you close contracts, and we prefer to bring you ten conversations with target companies rather than a hundred with companies that will never buy.

Are there guarantees?

Yes. There are tailored objectives, defined on the basis of your project, and everything that will be carried out is set out point by point in the contract.

Do you also guarantee closed contracts?

No, and we are wary of anyone who does. We bring the opportunity and support you in the deal, but closing also depends on your product, your price and how you run the sale. That is why we also work on your sales process: the more meetings become clients, the better it is for both of us.

Is there an automatic renewal?

No, there is no automatic renewal: whenever both sides want to, we continue the collaboration one step at a time, with no pressure whatsoever.

Do you replace our in-house salesperson?

No, we work together. We find the companies, open the conversation and book the meeting; your team runs it and takes the deal forward. On top of that, and this is what sets us apart, we support your team on the sales process, which we build from scratch or improve, to turn meetings into deals and into conversations far more advanced than a simple introductory meeting.

We already have our own databases and tools: what do you add?

We add the work that turns a list into meetings. We study your market and who makes the decisions in the target companies, write the messages, handle every reply, every day, and book the meeting in your calendar. On top of that, we optimise your sales process, your communication and your marketing, with the goal of raising your closing rates and shortening deal times.

Your project first, then the numbers

First the Feasibility Study on your market, then the project built to measure. Only then does it make sense to talk about investment.
