Open position

LinkedIn and Phone Setter

You bring qualified meetings into the calendar across two channels, with lists and scripts ready to go. Self-employed, freelance.

Arrangement
Self-employed
Commitment
Full time
Where
Remote, or in Tirana (Downtown One)
Pay
Over €2,000-2,500 a month for those who bring in meetings consistently

This is the typical result for those who work well, not a guaranteed salary: pay is tied to the meetings you bring in, with no cap, and there are individual and team bonuses. The exact structure is covered at interview.

The role

Your job is to bring qualified meetings into the calendar. You do it on two channels together, LinkedIn and phone, and on both you arrive with a system that is already built and already tested across dozens of different partners.

You don't have to invent anything. How to introduce yourself, what to write, in what order to do things, what to say when an objection comes up: we teach you, step by step, and it is all already written. What you bring is the ability to tell who is worth pursuing and who is a waste of time, and to never let a single open conversation drop.

You don't start from zero and you don't start alone. In the first weeks you work alongside someone who already does this job, with daily review until you can walk on your own. And it isn't a job that ends where it began: those who understand the system in depth here grow, moving on to follow the most important partners, to keep the quality of what goes out, to train those who join later. We fill the roles above you from within, not from outside.

You don't close contracts. You book qualified meetings in the calendars, verify the slot, and hand over the baton. Someone else sells. But without you, they have nothing in the calendar on Monday morning.

You join a close-knit team, where everyone works their own list but the difficult cases are looked at together. That is why, on top of individual bonuses, there are team bonuses: when the group wins, everyone wins.

What you will do

  • Work your LinkedIn list every day, in the right order: comment, bell, connection, conversation
  • Write personalised connection requests, one by one, never the same text twice in a row
  • Open conversations and carry them forward until you propose a specific time, not a vague “we'll be in touch”
  • Call the company numbers and mobiles on your list to book meetings
  • Log everything in the sheet in real time: the five boxes, the outcome of the conversation, the date of first contact
  • Book qualified meetings in partners' calendars, verify the exact slot and handle reschedules and no-shows
  • Keep an eye on your numbers on the dashboard: contacts, accepted connections, conversations, meetings

What you won't have to do

  • Sell or close deals. The sales team does that; you bring the right person to the table
  • Build your list from scratch. We give you the lists, already cleaned, already split, already sorted by priority
  • Use bots, extensions or automation tools on LinkedIn. Here we work by hand, because an automated profile is easy to spot: identical messages get ignored, the account ends up restricted, and the damage stays with the partner, who carries that profile for years. A hand-written conversation takes more time and produces more meetings

Who we are looking for

  • You have already spoken seriously with customers or prospects, ideally in B2B settings
  • You can stay on the phone without stiffening up, even when the person on the other end is a CEO with two minutes to spare
  • You write well and quickly, and you can shift tone between a metalworking firm in Brescia and a consulting practice in Milan within the same morning
  • You are organised and methodical. An unticked box is a contact that vanishes, and nobody notices until the end of the month
  • You have the patience to take four steps when you would rather take just one
  • You have high energy and keep the pace even on a Thursday afternoon, when the first twenty calls have gone badly
  • You have a VAT number and work as a freelancer

Bonuses

  • You have worked seriously with CRMs, pipelines or spreadsheets before
  • You already have an active LinkedIn profile of your own, with real connections and a few posts: you start much sooner
  • You understand and speak English well, because we work across several international markets

Training: the first weeks in the field

We don't throw you in at the deep end. The phases are a sequence, and you move on to the next when the previous one is working.

  1. 01

    Learning the system

Who B2Bridge is, the partners we work with, how to read a list, what makes a company a good target and what makes it a waste of time.

  2. 02

    Warm-up and observation

You watch how those already on the team work, write your first comments, and send your first five connections a day with review.

  3. 03

    First conversations on your own

Your first calls and first meetings booked by you, with listening in and feedback at the end of the day.

  4. 04

    Your list

Entirely yours, with weekly checks on the numbers. After the first month: review of conversations that went badly, work on recurring objections, feedback on every non-standard case.

What you will have

  • A list of your own, already selected and sorted by priority, that nobody else is working
  • Phone lists already split between company switchboards and decision-makers' direct mobiles, with role and revenue next to each name
  • A purpose-built worksheet: five boxes for the steps, the dropdown of outcomes, the calendar and the charts that tell you how you are doing
  • Templates and prompts ready to open a conversation, to adapt, not to copy
  • A growth path towards roles with more responsibility

Apply

All we need is your name, an email and a link to your CV. A real person reads it, and replies.

A link instead of an attachment: we do not keep copies of your CV on our servers.
