Service
Email sequences personalised for the individual recipient
Email campaigns personalised message by message, aimed at the final decision-maker, on lists defined on your market and with a custom-built infrastructure.
What you get
Your ICP, in black and white
Industry, size, revenue, decision-maker role, buying signals. Before writing a single line, we define together who the client worth contacting is.
Lists built on your market
Companies chosen one by one on your ICP criteria, with the right decision-maker and a verified email. No bought lists.
Messages written for the recipient
Every email starts from the context of whoever receives it: their industry, their role, their moment. On your behalf and in your tone.
Continuous A/B tests
Subject line, opening, offer, call to action. Several versions in parallel: the data decides, not ideas.
Replies handled every day
Our Inbox Manager replies on your behalf and books meetings straight into your calendar.
Weekly report
Positive replies and meetings, always kept separate. No vanity metrics.
Tailor-made emails that bring real meetings
Personalised campaigns for every industry, across a huge number of specific criteria
Your market is not a single block, and you can’t write to everyone in the same way. You have to be authentic and specific. Our email campaigns multiply by criterion and are refined on the instant feedback that comes back from the market.
Different campaigns for
- IndustryEvery vertical has its own language, its own levers and its own timing.
- Decision-makersYou write to the CEO one way, to the purchasing manager another.
- RevenueA €3 million SME doesn’t buy like a €300 million group.
- PositioningThose who sell premium don’t use the same arguments as those who sell on volume.
- Requests and outcomes obtainedThe replies that come in rewrite the next campaigns.
Inside every campaign
- A/B testsSubject line, opening, offer, call to action. Data decides, not ideas.
- SegmentationLists cut by criterion, so each group receives its own message.
- Strategic follow-upsProgressive sequences for those who haven’t replied to the first message.
- Positioning emailsThey build authority even before asking for the meeting.
- Communicative tone of voiceDirect, technical, consultative: it is tested, not decided around a table.
How it works
- 01
ICP and market
Together we define the ideal customer and study the market. If the numbers don’t hold up, we tell you before we start.
- 02
Preparation
Database, dedicated infrastructure and copy. The first month is for this, and no message goes out without your approval.
- 03
Test
Several versions of the message in parallel, on different segments. We keep the one that brings positive replies.
- 04
Full run
We step up the pace on the version that works and rewrite the campaigns based on the replies that come in.
What sets us apart
Never your main domain
We write from a dedicated infrastructure: your domain’s reputation stays safe and your everyday emails keep arriving.
A few companies at a time
We make outbound as similar to inbound as possible. Those who reply should feel they found something they were looking for, not that they were chased.
Up to the meeting, and beyond
We don’t hand you a contact to call back: we book the meeting in your calendar and support you through to signing.
Who it is for
- B2B companies with a high average sale value
- Markets where the ideal customer can be described with clear criteria
- Companies with a structure able to handle the meetings that come in
- Those who depend on word of mouth and trade fairs and want a lever they control
Why cold email still works
It is the only channel where you can reach a specific person with a message written for them, without going through an algorithm that decides who sees what. The problem is not the channel, it is how it is used almost everywhere: the same message to thousands of addresses, hoping for a percentage.
What we do differently
We don’t buy lists and we don’t use your main domain. We write to a few companies at a time, starting from the recipient’s context, and we accept lower volumes in exchange for real conversations. Then we follow the replies ourselves, on your behalf, through to the meeting in your calendar.

Frequently asked questions
How do you contact potential customers?
The main channel is email, written by hand for a specific audience and sent to a few companies at a time, not thousands. Where it makes sense, we also work on LinkedIn, from the profiles of people in your company, at deliberately slow rhythms and without the automation that makes everything look like spam.
The idea is to make outbound as similar to inbound as possible: whoever replies should feel they have found something they were looking for, not that they were chased.
Do You Write on Our Behalf?
Yes. The messages go out in your company’s name and we handle the replies, in your tone and according to the rules we define together. For whoever receives the email, they are talking to you. No text goes out without your approval.
Do you use our company's domain?
No. We set up dedicated infrastructure, so the reputation of your main domain stays safe and your everyday emails keep arriving as normal.
How long does it take to see the first results?
The first month is for preparation: strategy, database, infrastructure and copy. In this phase meetings don't arrive, and that's normal. From the second month the tests start: we write several versions of the message, work out which one works and increase volumes on that one. That's when the first meetings arrive.
Every market has its own timing. Some receive the first positive replies within the first weeks and some need a month and a half. And in B2B, an opportunity born in the second month often becomes a contract a few months later.
How do the meetings arrive?
When a company replies with interest, we handle it: we answer their questions, propose times and book the call directly in your calendar, on the slots you have given us. You receive the meeting with the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared.
Do people still read emails?
Yes, when they speak to the person receiving them. That is why we write directly to the decision-maker, with a message written for a precise audience, and send a few emails at a time from an infrastructure set up to land in the inbox rather than in spam. During the campaigns we compare several versions of the message and keep the one that works best.
Won't they look like they were written by artificial intelligence?
Our job is to make every message authentic and personalised, even when it is part of a sequence. Each text starts from an analysis of the market, the website and the social channels of the person receiving it, built on a writing base that you approve: you stay in control and can ask for changes before anything is sent. On LinkedIn we work with the same care from the profiles of people in your company, in complete safety, to bring you new prospects.
Is there a risk of damaging my company's name?
We keep it low with targeted, precise work across several levels and from several communication angles. Emails go out from a dedicated infrastructure, to protect the reputation of the domain you use every day. On LinkedIn we follow all of the platform's rules. Anyone who asks not to be contacted again is removed from the lists.
