Service

No lead lost to disorganisation

An orderly pipeline and automations, with every reply tracked, every opportunity followed and no lead lost to disorganisation.

What you get

  • A pipeline built on your process

    The stages your deals really go through, not those of a standard template.

  • Every reply tracked

    Who wrote, what they said, what the next step is. All in one place.

  • Useful automations

    Reminders, stage changes, notifications: the system handles the repetitive tasks, people sell.

  • Opportunities never stalled

    Every deal has a date and an owner. If it stalls, someone notices.

  • Reports to decide with

    Positive replies, meetings, deals and contracts, always kept separate.

Your process, not a standard template

Built on how you sell

A CRM that nobody updates is worse than no CRM. We start from how your team works and build around that, not the other way round.

Personalised on

  • The stages of your saleFrom first contact to signing, with the steps that really exist in your company.
  • Your teamWho does what, who receives which opportunity, who oversees.
  • Your channelsEmail, LinkedIn, phone, trade fairs, word of mouth: everything converges into the same pipeline.
  • Your metricsThe numbers you need to decide with, not those that put on a show.

Inside every pipeline

  • Reply trackingNo conversation stays locked in a personal inbox.
  • Automatic follow-upsThe reminder goes out when needed, without having to remember it.
  • Clean handoversFrom meeting to deal, the context travels with the opportunity.
  • Periodic reviewThe pipeline is reviewed together, in alignment calls.

    Support

    We guide the team in daily use and review the pipeline in alignment calls.

What sets us apart

  • Built by people who sell

    We design it with the same logic we use every day to manage our partners’ replies and meetings.

  • Habits first, then technology

    What matters is that the team uses it. That is why we start from how you work today, not from the software’s features.

  • Linked to sales

    It is not an IT project: it exists to turn more meetings into contracts.

Who it is for

  • Companies with opportunities scattered across emails, spreadsheets and the memory of the sales reps
  • Sales teams that lose deals along the way
  • Those growing their sales network who want a repeatable process
  • Those who want to know every week where each deal stands

The problem is not finding opportunities, it is not losing them

In the companies we meet, many deals don’t close for a trivial reason: nobody followed them up. A reply left in an inbox, a forgotten follow-up, a meeting that arrived without the context of the conversation. The CRM exists for this: making sure no opportunity is left behind.

Why we do it ourselves

Every day we manage our partners’ replies and meetings. We know what it takes for a contact to reach signing, and we build your process with the same logic.

Frequently asked questions

How do the meetings arrive?

When a company replies with interest, we handle it: we answer their questions, propose times and book the call directly in your calendar, on the slots you have given us. You receive the meeting with the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared.

How do we stay updated?

You have a direct channel with the team for day-to-day matters, a weekly report on replies and meetings, and an alignment call every two weeks to review results and strategy. From the shared workspace you can see at any moment how the campaigns are going.

What do we have to do?

Less than you think, but something yes:

  • take part in the kick-off call and give us the information on ideal clients, products and materials;
  • approve the texts before they go out;
  • keep your calendar availability up to date;
  • reply quickly when we ask for clarification about a contact;
  • show up to the meetings and lead the negotiation.

We also ask you not to run other campaigns in parallel on the same market, so as not to confuse those who receive the messages.

Do you also guarantee closed contracts?

No, and we are wary of anyone who does. We bring the opportunity and support you in the deal, but closing also depends on your product, your price and how you run the sale. That is why we also work on your sales process: the more meetings become clients, the better it is for both of us.

The first step is a call
