Service

Email, LinkedIn and phone, on the same contact

Three channels coordinated on the same person. A name already seen on LinkedIn makes the email expected, and the phone call comes when there is something to say. We multiply the opportunities, not the insistence.

What you get

  • One sequence, three channels

    Connection on LinkedIn, email a few days later, phone call when the contact has given a signal. Each channel knows what the other has done.

  • 1-to-1 email

    Messages written for the recipient, from a dedicated infrastructure that does not touch your domain.

  • LinkedIn from your team's profiles

    Fixed profiles and short messages, at a pace that does not put the account at risk.

  • The phone as reinforcement

    The call is not cold: it reaches someone who has already read or replied, to bring the conversation to a meeting.

  • Anti-insistence rules

    At least three days between one contact and the next, whatever the channel.

The right channel for each decision-maker

Not everyone responds the same way

Some only read their mail, some live on LinkedIn and some decide by phone. We map your market and assign each role its entry channel.

Personalised on

  • RoleThe entry channel changes between owner, technical director and purchasing manager.
  • Sales cycleThe longer it is, the more it matters to be recognised before asking for the meeting.
  • Number of decision-makersWhere many people decide, we talk to all of them, each with their own message.
  • Interest signalsThose who have read or replied receive the next step, the others do not.

Inside every campaign

  • A/B tests by channelSubject lines, openings and LinkedIn messages are tested separately.
  • Cross-reading of dataOften it is the combination that generates the reply, not the single message.
  • Timing respectedNever two contacts on the same day on different channels.
  • A single directionOne person on the team sees the whole conversation, across all channels.

How it works

  1. 01

    Role mapping

    We work out who responds best by email, who on LinkedIn and who by phone, and assign the entry channel.

  2. 02

    Preparation

    Database, profiles and texts ready in the same period. No message goes out without your approval.

  3. 03

    Coordinated launch

    The sequence starts from the connection and continues alternating channels according to the response.

  4. 04

    Right up to the meeting

    We handle the replies, on your behalf, and meetings end up in your calendar.

What sets us apart

  • A single direction, not three suppliers

    Email, LinkedIn and phone are handled by the same team, with the same list and the same underlying message.

  • The phone comes after, not before

    We call those who have already given a signal. The call moves a conversation forward, it does not open it cold.

  • Opportunities, not pressure

    Badly managed multichannel becomes persecution. We keep the timing, and the recipient notices.

Who it is for

  • Companies that sell to organisations with several decision-makers involved
  • Long sales cycles, where being recognised matters
  • Those who have already tried a single channel with uneven results
  • Markets where decision-makers are split between email, LinkedIn and phone

Why several channels work better than one

Not because of the sum of volumes. The mechanism is recognition: a name already seen is far more likely to get a reply. The LinkedIn connection does this work before the email arrives, and the phone closes the circle when there is already interest.

The risk of insistence

Two messages on the same day on different channels are perceived as pressure, and produce the opposite effect. The rule we apply is simple: at least three days between one contact and the next, whatever the channel.

Frequently asked questions

How do you contact potential customers?

The main channel is email, written by hand for a specific audience and sent to a few companies at a time, not thousands. Where it makes sense, we also work on LinkedIn, from the profiles of people in your company, at deliberately slow rhythms and without the automation that makes everything look like spam.

The idea is to make outbound as similar to inbound as possible: whoever replies should feel they have found something they were looking for, not that they were chased.

What does the service include?
  • studying your market and building the database of companies to contact;
  • the technical infrastructure to write without landing in spam;
  • writing the messages and testing to see which works best;
  • handling every reply, every day;
  • meetings booked directly in your calendar;
  • periodic reports and alignment calls;
  • support on your sales process, to turn more meetings into contracts.

Everything runs through a shared workspace, where you find the database, pipeline and campaign performance.

Who will be working on our project?

A dedicated team. You have a project manager who follows you from the start, a person who handles replies every day and books the meetings, and technical specialists who work behind the scenes. You don't talk to a switchboard: you always know who is working on your project.

How do we stay updated?

You have a direct channel with the team for day-to-day matters, a weekly report on replies and meetings, and an alignment call every two weeks to review results and strategy. From the shared workspace you can see at any moment how the campaigns are going.

How do you know that whoever accepts the meeting is really interested?

We can tell from the conversation. Our Inbox Manager answers the contact's questions and proposes the meeting when the interest is concrete and the company is one of those you have chosen. Along with the meeting you receive the context of the conversation, so you arrive prepared.
